Welcome to Playing to the Beat located in Pitman and Mullica Hill, New Jersey!  We are proud to offer mixed-age family Music Together^® classes and Rhythm Kids^® classes with a variety of qualified, registered teachers.

Alexa Kowalski, also known as "Miss Allie", became a registered Music Together teacher in 2013, after graduated from Rowan University with a bachelors in Music Education.  At Rowan, she studied under Music Together co-founder and research director Lili Levinowitz.  After successfully completing Music Together training, she taught both Mixed-Age classes and "Big Kids" classes for A & W Music Together for over five years.  Now Alexa is so happy to be a Music Together center director in addition to being a registered teacher!

Playing to the Beat started in the summer of 2019 as a continuation of a deep-rooted passion for helping children to experience and love music in all forms.  We offer a variety of classes to suit your schedule and a staff of respected and highly knowledgable Music Together teachers.  We hope you'll come play with us!
